Any poor behaviour will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs. this includes asking for constant updates, breaking professional boundaries, etc.

Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.

I own the right to reject any commission request without stating without stating the reason.

Commissions must be paid within a week from the sketch being sent, unless discussed beforehand.

Payment is accepted in USD (Paypal Invoice) and Identity V Top-up or Gifting only.

Please let me know at the beginning of the commission if you plan to issue payment through gifting.

Turnaround time is 1-3 weeks. not guaranteed due to multitude of factors. Including, but not limited to, waitlist and complexity.

All drawings are to be complete with PROCREATE.

The subject of the commission cannot be changed after payment has been submitted.

Major revisions will only be accepted during the sketch phase.

Minor revisions will only be accepted before the coloring stage is started. Other revisions may not be able to be done depending on the stage of completion and complexity.

After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made such as small colouring/marking mistakes.

Cancellation by the buyer is allowed before payment.

No refund requested by the buyer will be given once payment has been received.

If I cannot complete your commission after you pay, you will receive a full refund from me. Do not request a chargeback.

If you cease contact for over 2 weeks without notification, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.

I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.

Commissioners will receive versions with and without watermark.

Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.

All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.

Commissions are not to be submitted for AI training programs or are to be used as nfts of any kind. ai alteration is not allowed.

A photo of the digital illustration at completion.

Alternative versions of the illustration (i.e. transparent backgrounds, certain lighting, etc.) upon request.

I will draw OCs, reference sheets, suggestive art, mild gore, ship art (Character x character), animals, complex backgrounds, experimental art (demihumans, cyber/tech humanoids, kemonomimi, monsters, ect). Experimental art may include extra charge.

I won’t draw NSFW, mockery art, fetish art, sensitive topics, extreme gore, and anything i refuse.
